THE PROBLEM

In Ontario, a substantial section of society struggles to earn a roof on its head. Affordable housing for more than 13% of the population in London has become a vague dream.

Our target audience being the low income earners that live in the city live in rental units that needs their own spaces.

There is an urgent need to resolve issues of social housing needs as there are 6,000 of the population still on waitlist for social housing and about 1,330 of the population experiencing homelessness. A huge spike in rental prices in 2021 in the community has worsen the problem.

So strarting from the Sustainable housing, keeping the housing aspect first, we’ll develop and support the city community.

OUR GOAL :

• To Develop a sustainable solution for the housing issues for the Low- income population. Allowing the community to stand on their feet with the help of sustainable housing solutions. Develpoing an innovative project that can be replicated to scale to develop a sustainable community.
