Our How to Change the World | February 2023 bootcamp brought together 150+ individuals from around the world and was a tremendous success! It is thrilling to experience how people from all walks of life can come together and enthusiastically tackle some of the world's most critical challenges. During the bootcamp, participants spent 5 intense days collaborating with Local Stakeholders, Teaching Staff, Mentors, and Experts with an unwavering passion, resulting in 20 unique solutions.

Our fully virtual February program brought together 100+ participants from many different fields of expertise and from across continents. Even with such a diverse group of individuals, the common mindset was incredibly apparent; a mindset that we describe as "when working together even a small team of committed individuals can make a positive and lasting impact."

10+ Teaching Staff

Our wonderful teaching staff was comprised of educators from around the world along with former How to Change the World program alumni. Their role was critical in creating a nurturing environment that empowered all others to effectively collaborate during our 5-day program.

50+ Experts and Mentors

Experienced experts and mentors provided essential insights to participants to help them understand key areas of the challenge. They also provided critical guidance enabling participants to take their ideas to new heights.

2 Global Sustainability Challenges

All of our challenges begin with a global approach influenced by the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. With independent research, we identify geographic regions of focus and begin establishing strong relationships with local stakeholders.

Through these connections, we explore and understand the local context, which shapes our challenge brief. Our February 2023 Bootcamp presented the opportunity for participants to tackle the following challenges:
