Our fully virtual February program brought together 100+ participants from many different fields of expertise and from across continents. Even with such a diverse group of individuals, the common mindset was incredibly apparent; a mindset that we describe as "when working together even a small team of committed individuals can make a positive and lasting impact."

15+ Teaching Team Facilitators

Our incredible Teaching Team was comprised of educators from around the world along with former How to Change the World program alumni. Their role was critical in creating a nurturing environment that empowered all others to effectively collaborate during our 3-day Bootcamp.

80+ Community Representatives and Experts

Experienced experts and mentors provided essential insights to participants and enabled them to engage with the key areas of the challenge. They also provided critical guidance facilitating participants to take their ideas to new heights.

Two Global Sustainability Challenges

All of our challenges begin with a global approach influenced by the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. With independent research, we identify geographic regions of focus and begin establishing strong relationships with local community representatives.

Through these connections, we explore and understand the local context, which shapes our challenge briefs. Our March 2025 Bootcamp presented the opportunity for participants to tackle the following challenges:

Challenge 1

SDG #11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities) & SDG #13 (Climate Action) in MAPUTO, Mozambique

Challenge 2

SDG #11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities) & SDG #13 (Climate Action) in PARIS, France
